New Year, New Start!

So like millions of other women (I expect) I’ve decided 2015 will be the year of regular exercise and healthy eating.

No more over indulging.

More greens. Less takeaways.

New year, new me!

All that jazz.

And so far mid way through January I’ve been able to stay away from all things cake related and make my dinner plates more green and less beige! But I must admit the exercise part of this is where I struggle…

….Because if I’m honest…

…I’d prefer to be under a blanket with a good book or movie on.

So I thought I would commit to a “charity run” raising money for something close to my heart to kick start my new exercise mindset and commit to supporting something I am passionate about.

Which of course is Autism.

So I’ve officially signed up for the 10k Bupa London run!

**Waits for applause**

I will soon be posting my fundraising page on my blog/website so keep your eyes open and please support me and The National Autistic Society.

I hope if you too have the same “New Years Resolutions” as me you will join me in a charity run/ event to raise money and awareness for Autism and all the great work The National Autistic Society do for Autistic families.

Happy new year,

Speak with you soon until then,

Live every moment, Love beyond words and make a difference today!
