I’ve spoken to and worked with a lot of parents and carers who really struggle with putting their children to bed at night, and/ or getting their children to stay asleep, without either getting up or disrupting the whole household.
So, I put this video together to help you out if you too are experiencing these problems.
I give simple tips for before bedtime, plus step by step strategies to manage your child’s routine once and for all.
